🔁 Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right — we’ll make it right.

⏳ Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

• It must be returned in the original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products with visible signs of installation or use

• Custom or modified steering wheels

• Items damaged after delivery

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or wrong).

• If the item was damaged or we made a mistake — we will refund the full amount including shipping.
